Carl David Steele

Carl and his family go back a long way at CDS Head Office, in fact his grandfather moved in to Chapel Farm in 1908, and his father still farms the land to this day. Following various business ventures Carl set up CDS Labour Driving division in 2012 and the following year obtained his GLAA Licence and commenced supplying labour into the Agriculture and Horticultural sectors. The business has grown significantly since then and Carl now manages some 40+ office staff, supplying over 800 workers throughout 15 branches.
