We are currently recruiting reliable General Operatives to join a busy seafood processing operation in Fraserburgh, focusing on packing prawns.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing and handling prawns on the production line
Cleaning and washing down equipment after shifts
General site cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:

Good level of communicative English – essential to understand instructions and work safely as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and able to get to site on time every day (no exceptions – transport arrangements must be reliable)
Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing for the shift
Previous factory, production, or cleaning experience is advantageous but full training will be provided – no prior seafood experience needed

Job Description:

· Maintain ongoing contact with regular and lapsed customers

· Ongoing contact management via email and telephone

· Identifying key decision makers

· Providing relevant product information to decision makers

· Lead generation, qualification and passing to sales team for follow up

· Ongoing improvement and refining of lead qualification

· Working closely with the existing sales team

· Record all opportunities, quotes and communications in the SAP Business One system

Key Skills:

· Accurate data capture skills

· Able to build rapport with decision makers

· Exceptional communication skills

· Demonstrable IT skills including Microsoft, especially Outlook and ideally experience using business systems

· SAP Business One experience would be advantageous

Hours of Work:
