To be considered, you must have a valid forklift licence and relevant experience. Previous work in agricultural or outdoor environments is preferred. You should be physically fit, comfortable working in all weather conditions, and must have your own transport due to the rural location. You must also be willing to work overtime when required.

Picker: Manual harvesting of crops (may include rig work / hand tools.

Tunnel worker: construction / skinning of crop protection, venting and maintenance, preparing growing areas / tabletop systems / raised beds/ installing and removing growing media / dismantling.
