Customer Service Advisor
CDS Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced customer service advisor for our client based in Edmonton
Duties will include
- Receiving and managing customer calls, raising support tickets which enable us to track and resolve customer repair, housing and rent requests
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Providing up to date information, support and advice to customers and colleagues
- Updating the planning team of any operational issues
- You’ll be very organised and you’ll be able to adapt to fluctuating workloads. You’ll consider yourself to be a great administrator and you’ll have experience using the Microsoft Suite as well as databases.

Great customer service will be really important to you and you’ll understand that keeping clear accurate records is really important.
Working pattern – Monday – Friday
Hours – 08.00 – 16.30
Pay rate £12.25 an hour
