- We regulary check bank accounts belong to the worker
Workers have the following rights:
- To be paid National Minimum Wage
- Holiday Pay
- An itemised Payslip
- Protected under Health & Safety
- Sick Pay
- A Contract with terms & conditions
- Workers who work more than 48 hours must sign an OPT out form
- 11 hours break betweeen shifts
- Workers are entitled to 1 day off each week and 2 days every other week
